1. Current website configuration
In its initial configuration, sortplast.com does not use analytics, advertising, tracking or profiling cookies and does not install cookies that are unnecessary for browsing.
The website is designed as a mainly static corporate site. The language selector uses navigation routes and does not in itself require a preference cookie.
2. Technical cookies
If hosting, security or a strictly necessary function requires technical cookies or equivalent mechanisms in the future that are essential to provide the service requested by the user, those elements may be used without advertising or tracking purposes.
When any cookie requiring consent is introduced, SORTPLAST shall update this policy and enable the corresponding consent mechanism in advance.
3. Google Maps and external services
The Contact page will initially display a static map image hosted locally on the website itself, to show the location of Castellví de Rosanes in relation to Barcelona.
This static image will not require an automatic connection to Google Maps or load Google content when the page is opened.
Users may voluntarily follow a link to open the location in Google Maps. When accessing that external service, Google’s privacy and cookie policies shall apply, over which SORTPLAST has no control.
4. Third-party cookies
The initial version of the website does not automatically load analytics, advertising, social media, interactive maps or other third-party content requiring consent to install cookies.
Links to external websites do not cause those third parties’ cookies to be installed while the user remains on sortplast.com. Once the user voluntarily accesses the external site, that third party’s policies shall apply.
5. Browser controls
Browsers allow users to view, block or delete cookies and other stored data. The exact location of these options depends on the browser and device used.
6. Changes to the Cookie Policy
SORTPLAST shall review this Cookie Policy when it introduces new functions, providers or technologies involving the use of cookies or similar technologies.
If cookies that are not exempt from consent are used in the future, they shall not be installed before consent has been obtained where legally required.
